Online or phone reservations must include the Trip Name & Date and the information below for each person reserving.
NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, CELL PHONE, EMAIL, DATE OF BIRTH, PICK UP LOCATION, ROOM TYPE, TRAVELING WITH WHOM, ETC.
Name – MUST be as it appears on your valid photo id.
Date of birth – is required for all casino related trips.
Pick up location – which pick up location will you be getting on the motorcoach.
Room type – smoking, non smoking, 1 bed or 2, handicapped room requested.
If you reserve on line, you should expect an email confirmation or phone call within 72 hours. If you do not, there may
have been a technical difficulty. Please follow up with a phone call to Royal Charters.
Each trip must meet a 35 passenger reservation minimum 90 days prior to the trip date.

If you are reserved and the trip cancels, you will be notified by phone or email.
When trip has met the 35 passenger reservation minimum, an email will be sent or a phone call will be made letting
you know that you can now send your payment.

A deposit of $50.00 per person 90 days in advance of trip date is required for all overnight trips.
Please do not send any payment until you are notified that the trip has met the minimum.
Payment in full for all trips is due a minimum of 30 days in advance of the trip. (see 2020 Schedule)
Final itinerary is sent 7 – 21 days prior to the trip.
NO refunds within 30 days of the trip.
NO changes or special requests will be honored within 30 days of the trip.
