How it Works

      • Please reserve early!  You can reserve via:  info@royalcharterspgh.com or by calling 412-979-7290
      • If you reserve on line, you should expect an email confirmation or phone call within 72 hours.  If you do not,
        there may have been a technical difficulty.  Please follow up with a phone call to Royal Charters.
      • Each trip must meet a 40 passenger reservation minimum 90 days prior to the trip date.
      • Please provide all necessary information when reserving:
      • NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, CELL PHONE, EMAIL, DATE OF BIRTH, PICK UP LOCATION, ROOM TYPE, TRAVELING WITH WHOM, ETC.
      • NAME – MUST be as it appears on your valid photo id.
      • DATE OF BIRTH – required for all casino trips.
      • PICK UP LOCATION – which pick up location will you be picked up at?
      • See ‘Important Info‘ page for additional info. and answers to most all travel questions.
      • If you are reserved and the trip cancels, you will be notified by phone or email.
      • When trip is reaching the 40 passenger reservation minimum, an email will be sent or a phone call will be made letting
        you know that you can now send your payment.
      • Checks can be made out and sent to:  Royal Charters, Inc.  (address listed below in contact info)
      • A deposit of $50.00 per person 90 days in advance of trip date is required for all overnight trips.
      • Please do not send any payment until you are notified that the trip has met the minimum.
      • Payment in full for all trips is due a minimum of 30 days in advance of the trip.  (see Reservation and Payment Dates schedule)
      • Final itinerary is sent 7 – 21 days prior to the trip.
      • NO refunds within 30 days of the trip.
      • No changes or special requests will be honored within 21 days of the trip.
